This could save my life and we have no further information on it? That is insane! What is to prevent a pharmacy company from buying any patents for this and just sit on it in order for them to make more money from treatments instead of curing it?? That should be against the law! It's just immoral.

Where do I sign up to be treated?
I would ( and I'm sure many others would) sign up today to be on a study for this drug.
With or without FDA approval I would be willing to try this drug, anyother side effect other than death would be O.K.. I have been poz for 17 years, have tried many of the drugs , have experanced many bad side effects and am still poz. Any risk would be worth it to be cured. CJL

Dan,

We are still working on this compound and others. Unfortunately, salk lake tribune article created a lot of unwarranted hype on this compound. This is by no means a cure for AIDS, and unlikely to be a drug. We are hoping it can be developed into a topical agent to prevent transmission of the virus from person to person, but even this is years away. The compounds also have additional effects on cells that we recently found, which is something we are sorting out before publication
hope this answers your questions
